Due to the precious nature and fluctuating market value of fine jewelry, Goldseba maintains a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order is delivered. All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange by inspecting the item in the presence of our delivery agent and presenting the original purchase receipt. Please note that for approved exchanges or resale transactions, a 1.5% service fee/commission will be applied.
